Arriving for a 3 day Quick build to install the windshield, fit the cowl and induction, we found the spinner was too large for the front of the cowl. Shown here is the modification of the existing cowl to fit the spinner diameter. In order to make the cowl match the top and bottom of the spinner, additional glass had to be added to the joggle overlap of the top ½ of the cowl. This allowed the cowling to be positioned so the spinner would match the leading edge of the cowl on the top and bottom.
